My mission statement is to make all clients feel their best by having an uplifting and CLEAN environment. We focus on not just the enhancement on top of your nail but the natural nails underneath. We only use gel products, NO acrylic. We are by appointment only. I follow all of OHIO state rules and regulations. Here at Nailvana, all of us ladies are independent contractors. That means we all set our own appointments, have our own hours and schedule, and take payments all separately. Please keep this in mind when asking about pricing, booking more than one appointment, etc, because all of us have set prices that reflect our skill set. Some of us are set up for online booking and others you have to contact by phone or social media which are all listed on this site. NO CHILDREN POLICY As moms and aunties we understand how difficult it may be to find childcare for your little ones. However the spa is not child friendly, with lots of sharp corners and tools we work with, it is just not a safe place for energetic children. Only children getting serviced are permitted. This is also a place where people come to relax and unwind. This policy is set into place to ensure everyone is satisfied but most importantly SAFE.

Cancellation Policy

When you book with nailvana we charge a $30 deposit that goes toward your services. If you no show or cancel last minute we will most likely keep that deposit. If you no show with no phone call more than once you will not be able to book with nailvana. We all have a busy schedule and we understand things happen. If you need to cancel, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice so that we can try to fill that appointment. We do not have an hourly wage, we get paid for services we provide. When you cancel last minute you are subject to a 100% fee of service(s) that you had booked because there is a small chance that we will be able to fill the appointment. This is simply BUSINESS. Please RESPECT us as service providers.
